Hi there! I'm Crystal and this is a A Project House (APH), where I provide content on all things home decor and interior design.

A bit about me

I’m currently an interior design student, but I should mention that I’m a non-traditional student.  I’m a millennial, and I first graduated from college 15+ years ago with degrees in business.  I’ve been using those degrees in my career ever since graduating, but a couple years ago, I decided to go back to school for interior design.

For the last (almost) 10 years, I’ve had my own house, but have only recently gotten to the point where I’m ready to start the remodeling process.  That was actually one of my biggest motivations for going back to school for interior design.

A bit about the blog

My plans for the blog are to provide content on home decor and interior design, like mood boards, pulling together different color palettes, wallcoverings, furniture selections, and more.  I enjoy crafting and DIY projects too.  As a student, I also plan to share (or show) what I’ve learned about interior design.  I’ll be applying what I learn to my own house, so we can all learn from the experience together.
