The Shop isn't like other online stores. The Shop is made up of various collections of furniture and home decor pieces, shoppable through trade-only platform, SideDoor. We curated the collections, providing access to shop them, and SideDoor handles the order fulfillment. Note that you are purchasing from SideDoor, and we receive a commission if you purchase from our collections. Please read full disclosure for more information.

Because we're not like other online stores, it's important to become familiar with the purchasing process. We've included commonly requested information below. When shopping, be sure to review the product information and dimensions before completing your order.

We don't want anyone to be unsatisfied purchasing from SideDoor through our collections, so we've provided commonly requested information below to help you decide whether to purchase: Returns, Cancellations, Damages SideDoor does not accept product returns or cancellations. All sales are final. However, SideDoor guarantees that in the event of damage during transit or manufacturing defect, they will coordinate repair or replacement of items. Damages must be reported, with images, to SideDoor within 48 hours of delivery. Pricing Prices shown have standard delivery shipping costs already included. Coupons* We may offer coupon codes that can be entered at checkout. Coupon discounts only apply to the retail price, not to shipping. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify a discount offer at any time. If you apply a coupon code to receive a discount, and later we modify either the discount amount or the coupon code, your discount will not be updated. It will remain the same as when you initially applied the coupon. Coupon discounts cannot be applied after placing an order. Shipping and Delivery All products have standard delivery shipping included. If a product is eligible for White Glove Delivery, you will have the option to add it at checkout for an additional price. The average ship time for in-stock items is 2 - 3 weeks (plus transit time). SideDoor cannot ship outside the continental United States, with few exceptions, for an additional surcharge. Creating a SideDoor account (as opposed to guest checkout) will make it easier for you to track your order. Lead Times If a product is purchased from SideDoor that is subject to a lead time, and the vendor subsequently extends this lead time beyond a reasonable timeframe, you will be offered the following: wait for the item to restock and ship (OR) SideDoor will cancel the order for this item and will offer a site credit for the value of the item to use for a replacement or toward a future SideDoor purchase.
